This page explains how to request deletion of your data and account for PrayerGate (listed as "Daily Bible Verse - PrayerGate"), the mobile app published by Wandering Castle LLC (a Wyoming single-member limited liability company in the United States). It applies to the PrayerGate apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
PrayerGate uses anonymous sign-in. There is no username, email, or password account to remove, only the small amount of data tied to your anonymous user ID. You can request deletion at any time, either inside the app or by email.
Steps to delete your data in the app (fastest)
- Open PrayerGate on your phone.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Privacy and data.
- Tap Delete my data.
- Confirm when prompted. This starts the deletion of your account and the data tied to your anonymous ID from our systems.
Steps to delete your data by email
If you have already removed the app, or cannot reach the in-app option, you can request deletion by email instead:
- Email support@getprayergate.com with the subject "Delete my data".
- If you still have the app installed, include your in-app anonymous user ID (shown in Settings) so we can locate your records. Because the app is anonymous, without this ID we may be unable to find data to delete.
- We action verified deletion requests promptly. Your account and preferences are erased from our active systems within 30 days of the request.
What is deleted, and what is kept
The table below lists what is removed when you delete your data, what is kept, and for how long. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

A note on your subscription
Your subscription is managed by Apple or Google, who act as the merchant of record. Deleting your PrayerGate data does not cancel an active subscription. To cancel or manage billing, use your Apple ID or Google Play account subscription settings. Some billing records are retained by Apple, Google, and by us in limited form, as required by tax and accounting law (see the table above).
